IT Tech/Web Support Specialist
Summary:
The IT Tech/Web Support Specialist is a self-driven, career minded individual. The candidate will work with
and assist the IT Director. This position will work out of the corporate office of Sun City Summerlin and
report directly to the IT Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support employees on all software needs in the office, in the field, and throughout the community
• Work with outsourced server and network maintenance team
• Manage in-house software which includes accounting and database, etc.
• Provide database query and reporting support
• Work with outside vendors and support teams
• Set-up new employees on the network
• Provide website support maintenance
• Research and evaluate opportunities to improve and incorporate software systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Experience with a virtual server environment
• Troubleshooting skills a must
• Friendly, reliable, and responsive in a timely manner
• Detail oriented, organized and multi-tasking skills necessary
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Minimum Requirements:
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in an IT environment
• Bachelor’s Degree with Certification(s) in an IT related field preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and minimum state required auto insurance on personal vehicle
• Efficient in all standard industry software and OS: Microsoft, Apple, Android, etc.
