COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR:
Manage compliance & reporting of Professional Employer Organization & Human Resources Outsourcing Companies. Implement strategies for operations. Prepare strategic plans, objectives & budgets. Prepare written responses to audits. Prepare audit reports. Ensure annual POE licensing, renewals, & various regulatory boards. Prepare investigative reports for labor investigations. Conduct compliance training & ensure Affordable Care Act, Health Portability Protection Act & SOC compliance. Oversee IT programs, systems, roll outs & changes. Document retention, company program, & IT policies, company architecture, and SOC audits. Requires Bachelors in Legal Studies or HR Management & 2 year’s experience in corporate regulatory management within Las Vegas Valley, familiarity with gaming industry, & strip property 3rd party operations or equivalent combination of education & experience.
