General Sales Manager
Lotus Broadcasting Las Vegas is accepting applications for a Full-Time General Sales Manager to oversee the sales revenue and growth for our 8 station cluster. Job responsibilities include working closely with the sales team to insure they are hitting their budgets across all revenue types, prospecting for new clients, maximizing market share, and maintaining client relations. Additionally, the General Sales Manager will be responsible for forecasting revenue. Responsibilities will also include working closely with programming to generate sales opportunities. Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of sales and/or sales management in the broadcast industry. If 20 plus years' experience is as a salesperson, it is a must that the individual was a top performer for many of those years. This position requires advanced knowledge on broadcast software including Nielsen, Tapscan, Miller Kaplan's Xray, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. Existing relationships with advertisers in the Las Vegas area is a plus.
