Bishop Gorman Catholic High School in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who will provide support to existing personnel for multiple aspects of the school's operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, high proficiency in computer applications, and be able to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality as required.
Specific job tasks include, but are not limited to: Helping to manage attendance reports in the school's student information system. Answering phones and greeting students, parents, and teachers both in the Student Services office and front reception. Provide limited support to the Registrar's Office with regard to records. Provide scheduling support for counselors and deans for student meetings. Assist with data input for student discipline. Provide support for reprographics as needed. Other duties as assigned.
